Our Story
Imerex was started by Robert Cassese, an early internet veteran whose curiosity about the digital world began in the late 1990s—back when optimizing websites was still the Wild West and before “SEO” was even common language. Today, clients benefit from his deep, hands-on search expertise and long-term view of how discovery keeps evolving.
His partner, Roxanne Lott, brings a complementary perspective from over a decade in New York City media where performance, audiences, and messaging aren’t theoretical; they’re measured. Her path into digital took her from JWT (Mindshare/WPP) to ABC Television and Food Network, before joining Robert in 2007 to build Imerex into a senior-led partner for growth-focused brands. Together, we run Imerex as a boutique team: strategy stays close to execution, and recommendations are designed to be implemented.
